Our Mission
We strive to improve lives by greeting everyone with a smile, giving options for those who have never been able to enjoy gluten-free pastries, and making the best allergen-free products we can for the Knoxville community and beyond. We also accommodate a large variety of allergies/diets including dairy free, soy free, corn free, dye free, egg free, vegan, paleo and nut free. Please make staff aware of any and all allergies you may have.
Cakes and cupcakes
We have a variety of vanilla or chocolate cupcakes on a daily basis with an array of different frosting flavors.
Our daily cupcake offerings are always dye free, dairy-free & nut friendly, with chocolate cupcakes being a vegan option!
Grab-and-Go cakes are kept in stock as best as we can in our freezer section! They are available in both a small (feeds 2-3) and large (feeds 10-12) size. Perfect for same-day occasions or last minute surprises.
Breakfast & Coffee
We offer a variety of items daily for breakfast. Join us for a cup of coffee or espresso with one of our famous cinnamon rolls, a piece of quiche, or a scone.
On Saturdays, we offer biscuit & bagel breakfast sandwiches and biscuits & gravy until 12pm or sellout.
Lunch & Smoothies
Lunch is available
all day!
Lunch options include paleo chicken salad (traditionally made with grapes, walnuts, & apples), curry chicken salad, tuna salad, buffalo chicken salad, and pimento cheese. All are offered as sandwiches, by the scoop, or even by the pound!
We also offer grilled panini sandwiches. Grab one of our smoothies as a nice cold treat to finish your meal!
Market
We have an entirely gluten free grocery and market section filled with top gluten free brands and fun new products. Shop everything from breads, candies, frozen snacks, cookies, and crackers from the selection on our shelves.
We also have house-made take-n-bake meals like lasagna, chicken pot pie, chicken broccoli casserole, pizza, soup, biscuits & gravy, dinner rolls, and
cinnamon rolls.
