This Father’s Day, get the dad in your life something he really wants- a meal ready to go! Whether it’s breakfast in bed cinnamon rolls or a plate of biscuits and gravy, we’ve got it all. For dinner, grab a lasagna, chicken pot pie, or a chicken broccoli casserole that you can stick in the oven while you watch sports or listen to some bad dad jokes. With some cupcakes or cookies for dessert, it’ll be the perfect gift. We’re here tomorrow 7:30-4, and Saturday 9-2. We’ll see you soon!

Spot the difference 👀 Today in the case we have two items that look similar but are different! While they’re both delicious, here’s the breakdown;
Monkey bread (front of the picture) is made with our sweet biscuit dough, rolled in butter and cinnamon sugar, and baked to perfection for the perfect crunchy exterior and soft inside! It is not dairy free, only nut friendly.
Cinna-Bites (back of the picture) are made with our cinnamon roll dough, and are chopped up with extra cinnamon sugar goodness rolled in to create the percent crunchy top and soft center when warmed up… top with glaze, and you’ve got a delicious dairy free treat! Besides being dairy free they are nut friendly too!

Both are cinnamon-y, sugary, and perfect for an after work treat- but the only way to know your favorite is to try them both! 😋

Have you had our cupcakes before? They are dairy free and nut friendly, and are one of the most popular items we have! For those with extra allergies we have our chocolate cupcake base which is vegan too. We have a daily variety of flavors that rotate between our 20+ icing options! We would love to have you stop by and try some, we’re open until 3pm today!

Have you ever had our paleo pie bars? This week’s flavor is strawberry, and it’s the perfect grain free treat. Made with almond flour and sweetened with coconut sugar, it’s a refined sugar free option in the case. If you have more questions about our paleo items, feel free to ask our staff for other goodies!

Our Mission

We strive to improve lives by greeting everyone with a smile, giving options for those who have never been able to enjoy gluten-free pastries, and making the best allergen-free products we can for the Knoxville community and beyond. We also accommodate a large variety of allergies/diets including dairy free, soy free, corn free, egg free, vegan, paleo and nut free.

Cakes and cupcakes

We have a variety of vanilla or chocolate cupcakes on a daily basis with an array of different frosting flavors.
Our daily cupcake offerings are always dairy-free & nut friendly!

Breakfast

We offer a variety of items daily for breakfast. Join us for a cup of coffee or espresso with one of our famous cinnamon rolls, a piece of quiche, or a scone.

On Saturdays, we offer biscuit sandwiches and biscuits & gravy until 12pm or sellout.

Lunch

Lunch is available all day!
Lunch options include chicken salads, tuna salad, and pimento cheese. All are offered as sandwiches, by the scoop, or even by the pound!
We also offer grilled panini sandwiches.
